Whizbang Boxing's goal is to offer our members the flexibility to participate in the sport of boxing without being tied down to scheduled group class timings.  At our club, you can come in and complete your workout whenever it works best for you.  We have heavy bags, speed bags, and double-end bags that you can use as well as will be utilized in your daily workout.  You can complete your own workout or there will be a workout developed for the day that will get your heart rate up and teach you new skills.  Our coach will be available at all times to support you in your workouts.

If this is your first visit to our gym you will be required to fill out forms on your initial visit and participate in an introductory class where you will learn how to use the equipment properly and review all the safety protocols for the facility.

  • Youth (age 10 - 13) - Boxing BC Membership Required 

    • 3:00 - 4:00pm (Monday / Wednesday)

    • Members only, no drop-in
       

  • Young Adult (age 14 - 16) - Boxing BC Membership Required

    • 4:15 - 5:15pm (Monday / Wednesday)

    • Members only, no drop-in

We are always open to suggestions, if you have a great idea please share it with our team members and we will see how we can incorporate that into our club.
